Wow! I am one hard headed, slow to listen, slow to understand what you’ve been seeking from me. My goodness gracious how I must be frustrating. Please forgive me?

I really thought you were seeking of me to assist in understanding how you might go about developing your venture into the FUTURE. For whatever reason, I assumed you were seeing around the bend with a similar take.

Then I finally heard it. You’re saying that your desire and your efforts are to start a venture based on the foundations of the past. Wow! No wonder these past few years of collaborating together have been such tough sledding.

Please forgive me? I should have heard you more quickly. I should have listened more intently. I should have sought a more definitive understanding of your inquiries before racing out ahead into the silliness that ensues when we’re not even on the same page. I see my part in this now and totally recognize this isn’t the first time that I’ve jumped over the cliff without conveying that we firmly have a parachute.

Over the next few days, months, and/or years, let’s see if we can clear away the faulty foundations of the past and enhance your hope and confidence in the future that we are on track to collide. As part of my amends, I set out today to paint you a picture that keeps flooding my mind. It is a picture of RedRafts. It is a picture that I hope will better show you from where we’ve come, how we’ve arrived here at the digital divide, and where we are going into the future….assuming we set off to go into it.

One thing is for sure, we can’t stay on this divide much longer. So, if it’s alright with you, I will get to painting ASAP. Please reply back with any questions you may have. From now on, I’m going to really try to listen better.
